Front Of House

- Assisting our Group Head Barista in evolving the cocktail range
- Training other bar staff members in bar service
- Ensure each and every customer leaves with a great experience

Key skills and personal attributes required:
- Excellent barista and latte art skills, flair & passion for coffee

- Ability to maintain standards as well as speed of service.
Kitchen
The ideal candidate for this role l have the ability to generate sales and deliver profit targets whilst inspiring and leading the back of house team.

- Show excellent communication skills and the ability to work alongside the management team to develop and deliver ideas
The ideal candidate will have previous relevant experience in restaurants. Be self-motivated and able to quickly establish themselves amongst our fantastic loyal teams that we already have in place.

- Preparation and service of all of our menus
- Operating safely within kitchen environments
- Driving and expanding on our brand standards
- Working under direction from our experienced head chefs
- Signing off on our kitchen training programme
- Assisting The head chef with the training and development of other team members
- Leading and directing the BOH Team in the head chef’s absence
The ideal candidate will have previous relevant experience in restaurants. Be self-motivated and able to quickly establish themselves amongst our fantastic loyal teams that we already have in place.
