Role: Assistant Manager

Front Of House

Role: Waiter/Waitress

The ideal candidate must not only be passionate about food and service but also have relevant experience in working in high volume restaurants and cafes. We are looking for enthusiastic and engaging waiters/waitresses to join a fun hard working team.

Role: Mixologist
Location: New Openings
The ideal candidate must not only be passionate about cocktails and bar service but also have relevant experience in working in high volume restaurants and bars.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting our Group Head Barista in evolving the cocktail range
  • Training other bar staff members in bar service
  • Ensure each and every customer leaves with a great experience

Role: Barista

The ideal candidate must not only be passionate about coffee and an expert barista but also have relevant experience in working in high volume restaurants and cafes.

Key skills and personal attributes required:

  • Excellent barista and latte art skills, flair & passion for coffee
  • Excellent communication and motivational skills

Kitchen

Role: Head Chef
Location: New Openings
We are looking for leaders who have a track record of managing busy kitchens and large teams.
The ideal candidate for this role l have the ability to generate sales and deliver profit targets whilst inspiring and leading the back of house team.

The restaurant is a very fast paced and dynamic environment that requires a leader who is calm, organised and experienced.

The applicant will:

  • Be a skilled chef with a great eye for detail
  • Be customer focused and present exceptional standards at all times
  • Have an enthusiastic and ambitious attitude
  • Show commitment and determination
  • Be an inspirational leader and have the ability to drive their teams
  • Show excellent communication skills and the ability to work alongside the management team to develop and deliver ideas
Role: Sous Chef
Location: New Openings

The ideal candidate will have previous relevant experience in restaurants. Be self-motivated and able to quickly establish themselves amongst our fantastic loyal teams that we already have in place.

This role is perfect for a chef who wants to make a long term career move and join in the success of this growing company and learn from our team and Head Chefs.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Preparation and service of all of our menus
  • Operating safely within kitchen environments
  • Driving and expanding on our brand standards
  • Working under direction from our experienced head chefs
  • Signing off on our kitchen training programme
  • Assisting The head chef with the training and development of other team members
  • Leading and directing the BOH Team in the head chef’s absence
Role: Chef de Partie
Location: New Openings
